Return and Refund
🌟 Defective Products
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange any defective items.
🛍️ Non-Defective Products
If the product you received is not defective but does not meet your expectations, you can still return it. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional fees.
💸 Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: Gooddiy will cover all return costs, including shipping and handling fees.
- Non-Defective Products: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
🔄 Return Process
- Take photos of the product, describe the issue, and send an email to Help@gooddiy.com. Please use the subject line: "Return Request: Order Number + Product SKU".
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
- You will receive a refund either as store credit (available immediately) or to your original payment method (within 3-5 business days).
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ship the item back using your local postal service and email us the tracking number.
🚫 Important Notes
- All returned items (whether defective or not) must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.
- Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return requirements.
