Gooddiy.com offers worldwide shipping.
Shipping Options
We provide two shipping options for all deliveries: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping .
- Small items (e.g., jewelry, jewelry-making supplies, etc.) will be shipped by air.
- Large items (e.g., bags, jewelry boxes, etc.) will be shipped by sea.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders over $98. By default, free shipping orders are shipped via Standard Shipping. If you prefer Express Shipping on free shipping orders, the cost of Standard Shipping will be deducted from the Express Shipping fee, and you will only need to pay the surcharge.
- For orders under $98, shipping costs vary based on three key factors: shipping option (Standard or Express, Air or Ocean), destination country, and package weight.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before payment.
Shipping Time and Rates for Most Ordered Countries/Regions
The shipping rates below are the average rate per kilogram. As the package weight increases, the shipping rate per kilogram decreases. For orders weighing less than 1 kilogram, we calculate the pro-rata rate based on the weight. Actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

The shipping rate per kilogram decreases as the total package weight increases. The rates listed above are average levels. Actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping by Ocean
Once your order is assembled, delivery typically takes 18–25 days (from dispatch to delivery at your door).
Receiving Time
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- We typically take 2-4 days to assemble and process orders (Processing Time).
- Shipping times:
- Standard Air Shipping : 7–9 days
- Express Air Shipping : 4–6 days
- Standard Ocean Shipping : 18–25 days
Processing Time
Your order will be processed, assembled, and shipped within 2-4 business days after receiving payment.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the order status, tracking number, and additional delivery instructions.
You can also log into your Gooddiy account to check the status of your order or message your dedicated concierge representative for timely delivery updates.
Customs and Duties
We deliver most orders under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning we handle the shipping and customs clearance. This includes covering international shipping, customs fees, taxes, and import duties. For non-DDP packages, customers are responsible for customs and duties.
Since customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to calculate this for you in advance. We recommend that you check your local customs duties and exemptions before placing your order. Fortunately, in most countries, goods below a certain value or in certain categories are exempt from clearance fees and import taxes. Goods exceeding certain values or falling into non-exempt categories are likely subject to import taxes and duties.
